2. Service Scope: Our services are limited to private, on-site technical support, including internal data cabling, modem/router setup, and Wi-Fi optimization. We specialize in resolving issues within the customer’s “Network Boundary Point.”

3. Network Responsibility: We cannot repair or modify infrastructure owned by NBN Co or your ISP that is located outside your property or before the Network Boundary Point. If our diagnostic testing identifies a fault on the provider’s side, we will provide you with a report to present to your ISP, but we cannot perform those repairs ourselves.
