Welcome to National Aussie Network. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the technical services provided by [Jessop Jay Alan] (ABN: 63 516 907 947), hereafter referred to as “the Contractor.” By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Independent Service Provider Status
National Aussie Network is an independent private contracting business. The Contractor is not an employee, agent, or affiliate of NBN Co, Optus, or any other Internet Service Provider (ISP). We provide private on-site cabling, internal network repairs, and hardware setup.
2. Scope of Services

Service Area: We provide on-site technical diagnostics and repairs for residential and business premises.

Exclusions: We do not have authority to repair network infrastructure located outside the property boundary (the “Network Boundary Point”). Issues found to be on the ISP’s side of the network must be referred back to your provider.
3. Fees and Payments

Call-Out Fee: A standard call-out fee applies to all on-site visits, which includes the first [e.g., 30 minutes] of diagnostics.

Quotes: Any additional labor or hardware (cables, modems, etc.) required will be quoted on-site before work commences.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service.
4. Customer Obligations

You must ensure a person over the age of 18 is present during the service.

You must provide safe and clear access to all internal wiring, sockets, and modem locations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, the Contractor is not liable for:

Existing faults in your ISP’s network.

Loss of data or business income during downtime.

Third-party hardware failures not supplied by the Contractor.
6. Warranty & Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to a refund or compensation for the reduced value. We provide a [e.g., 12-month] warranty on all new cabling installations.
